AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL GOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH
CORPUS CHRISTI INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT TO PROVIDE
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR SUMMER RECREATION
PROGRAM FOR A FIXED RATE OF $2.25 PER MILE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an Imerlocal
Governmental Agreement with Corpus Christi Independent School District to provide transportation
services for Summer Recreation Program for a fixed rate of $2.25 per mile. A copy of the agreement
is on file with the City Secretary.
