AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO ENTER INTO
AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH DEL MAR COLLEGE
DISTRICT FOR THE C1TY'S CONSTRUCTION, AND JOINT OPERATION
AND MAINTENANCE OF A CENTRAL KITCHEN FACILITY LOCATED
UPON LAND OWNED BY DEL MAR COLLEGE DISTRICT AND LEASED
TO THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI FOR THE USEFUL LIFE OF THE
PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to enter into an Intergovernmental
Agreement with Del Mar College District for the City's construction, and joint operation and
maintenance of a central kitchen facility located upon land owned by Del Mar College District and
leased to the City of Corpus Christi for the useful life of the project.
