DBA RIVIERA RED'S SEAFOOD FOR APPROXIMATELY 215 SQUARE FEET OF TERMINAL SPACE TO OPERATE A FROZEN SEAFOOD AND ALLIED SPECIALTIES CONCESSION AT CORPUS CHRISTI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ON A MONTH-TO-MONTH LEASE FOR UP TO 12 MONTHS IN CONSIDERATION OF LESSEE PAYING 6% OF THE FIRST $20,000 OF MONTHLY GROSS REVENUE, 10% OF THE NEXT $20,000 OF MONTHLY GROSS REVENUES, AND 15% OF ALL MONTHLY GROSS REVENUES IN EXCESS OF $40,000; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION1. Thatthe City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute up to aone year lease with Brant's Place, inc. dba Riviera Red's Seafood for approximately 215 square feet of terminal space to opaate a frozen seafood and allied specialties concession at Corpus Christi Imernational Airport on a month-to-month lease for up to 12 months in consideration of lessee paying 6% of the first $20,000 of monthly gross revenue, 10% of the next $20,000 of monthly gross revenues, and 15% of all monthly gross revenues in excess of $40,000. A copy of the lease is on file with the City Secretary. SECTION 2. That upon written request of the Mayor or five Council members, copy attached, to find and declare an emergency due to the need for immediate action necessary for the efficient and effective administration of City affairs, such finding of an emergency is made and declared requiring suspension of the Charter rule as to consideration and voting upon ordinances Ar~etary Legal form approved ~,1~ Ig ~., .~'.pff. ~ Samuel L.
