AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO ACCEPT
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION GRANT NUMBER 3-48-0051-30-
00 IN THE AMOUNT OF $504,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
REPLACEMENT ARFF TRUCK WITH EXTENDIBLE ELEVATED
WATERWAY, DRIVER'S ENHANCED VISION SYSTEM (DEVS), AND
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE CLOTHING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to accept Federal Aviation
Administration Grant Number 3-48-0051-30-00 in the amount of $504,000 for the purchase of a
replacement ARFF Truck with Extendible Elevated Waterway, Driver's Enhanced Vision System
(DEVS), and Personal Protective Clothing.
