HomeMy WebLinkAbout024158 ORD - 08/22/2000ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $69,636 FROM FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION GRANT NO. 3-48-0051-29-00 IN THE NO. 3020 AIRPORT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND; APPROPRIATING $7,737 IN THE NO. 4610 AIRPORT FUND FROM CAPITAL RESERVES AND TRANSFERRING IT TO AND APPROPRIATING IT IN THE NO. 3020 AIRPORT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND; FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AIRPIELD ACCESS ROADS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 024130, WHICH ADOPTED THE FY 00-01 BUDGET BY ADDING $7,737 TO THE NO. 4610 AIRPORT FUND; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That $69,636 from Federal Aviation Administration grant number 3-48-0051-29- 00 is appropriated in the No. 3020 Airport Capital Improvement Fund and $7,737 is appropriated in the No. 4610 Airport Fund from Capital Reserves and transferred to and appropriated in the No. 3020 Airport Capital Improvement Fund for construction of airfield access roads. SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 024130 which adopted the FY 00-01 Budget is amended by adding $7,737 to the No. 4610 Airport Fund. SECTION 3.
