AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE
A ONE-YEAR MEMORANDUM OF 1NTERIM AGREEMENT WITH
TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY-CORPUS CHRISTI TO SHARE RESOURCES
AND EXPERTISE AND TO COOPERATE ON SUBMITTING GRANT
APPLICATIONS FOR LIBRARY SERVICES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a one-year
Memorandum of Interim Agreement with Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi to share resources
and expertise and to cooperate on submitting grant applications for library services. A copy of the
agreement is on file in the office of the City Secretary.
