AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL GOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH
FLOUR BLUFF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE CITY TO PROVIDE
AN AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM, A ONE SATURDAY A MONTH
RECREATION PROGRAM, AND A CAMPING TRIP TO SCHOOL AGE
YOUTH 12 TO 16 VEARS OF AGE IN CONSIDERATION FOR THE
PAYMENT OF $14,655 AND USE OF FLOUR BLUFF JUNIOR HIGH
SCHOOL FACILITIES.
NOW, TltE, REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~ CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute an Inte~ocal
Governmental Agreement with Flour Bluff Junior High School for the City to provide an After
School Program, a one Saturday a month Recreation Program, and a Camping Trip to school age
youth 12 to 16 years of age in consideration for the payment of $14,655 and use of Flour Bluff Junior
High School facilities. A copy of the agreement is on file with the City Secretary.
