DTFA07-91-L-01440, TERMINATING SEPTEMBER 30, 2001 WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW ANNUALLY THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2005, WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION ("FAA") FOR THE OPERATION OF THE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER AND TERMINAL RADAR APPROACH CONTROL CENTER IN CONSIDERATION OF A MONTHLY RENTAL PAYMENT OF $13,110.52 AND THE FAA MAINTAINING AND OPERATING THE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER AND TERMINAL RADAR APPROACH CONTROL CENTER; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or designee, is hereby authorized to execute Lease No. DTFA07-91-1-01440, terminating September 30, 2001 with an option to renew annually through September 30, 2005, with the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA") for the operation of the Air Traffic Control Tower and Terminal Radar Approach Control Center in consideration of a monthly rental payment of $13, II 0.52 and the FAA maintaining and operating the Air Traffic Control Tower and Terminal Radar Approach Control Center. A copy of Lease No. DTFA07-91-1-01440 is on file with the City Secretary. SECTION 2. Lease No. DTF A07-91-1-01440 shall become effective upon the expiration of60 days following its date of final adoption by the City Council. SECTION 3. Publication will be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
