AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT WITH TERRA-GENESIS HOUSING, A HUD GRANT
RECIPIENT, FOR THE CORPUS CHRISTI POLICE DEPARTMENT TO
PROVIDE SUPPLEMENTAL POLICE SERVICES WITHIN THE PATROL
AREA THAT SURROUNDS LEXINGTON MANOR APARTMENTS, FOR A
PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS AND NOT TO EXCEED $95,500
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a contract with Terra-
Genesis Housing, a HUD grant recipient, for the Corpus Christi Police Department to provide
supplemental police services within the patrol area that surrounds Lexington Manor Apartments, for
a period of 24 months and not to exceed $95,500
