AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO SUBMIT A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1,462,032 FOR A STATEWIDE TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT
PROGRAM GRANT TO CONSTRUCT BAY TRAIL PHASE 3
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to submit
a grant application to the Texas Department of Transportation in the amount of
$1,462,032 for a Statewide Transportation Enhancement Program grant to construct
Bay Trail Phase 3.
