AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE INTERLOCAL COOPERATION
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AND
KLEBERG, NUECES, AND SAN PATRIClO COUNTIES TO SHARE
OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE COSTS OF AN INTEGRATED
ALERT NOTIFICATION AND INFORMATION SYSTEM
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an amendment
to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City Of Corpus Christi and
Kleberg, Nueces, And San Patricio Counties to share operating and maintenance costs
of an Integrated Alert Notification And Information System.
