AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE
AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH WEST OSO
JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL TO PROVIDE SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAMS
TO YOUTH AGES 12 TO 16 YEARS IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PAY-
MENT OF $30,322.77 AND USE OF WEST OSO JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
FACILITIES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an Interlocal Co-
operation Agreement with West Oso Junior High School to provide School Year Programs, con-
sisting of an after school program, a vacation day recreation program, and a camping trip, for
youth, ages 12 to 16 years, in consideration of the payment of $30,322.77 and use of West Oso
Junior High School facilities.
