AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE MASTER AGREEMENT GOVERNING
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PROJECT ADVANCE FUNDING
AGREEMENTS WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY
COUNCIL:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute Amendment No.
1 to the Master Agreement Governing Local Transportation Project Advance Funding Agreements
with the Texas Department of Transportation. A copy of the Amendment is attached as an exhibit
to this Resolution.
