AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT
OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) FOR AN ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE (EDI) - SPECIAL PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$498,900 FOR ACQUISITION OF LAND TO EXPAND THE BAYFRONT ARTS
AND SCIENCE PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to submit
an application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for an
Economic Development Initiative (EDI) - Special Project in the amount of $498,900 for
acquisition of land to expand the Bayfront Arts and Science Park.
