RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE INTERLOCAL
COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTIAND NUECES COUNTY ON BEACH CLEANING
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the first
amendment to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City Of Corpus Christi
and Nueces County on beach cleaning.
SECTION 2.
