APPROVING NOMINATING THE NORTH PADRE ISLAND
NOURISHMENT PROJECT AS THE CITY'S FIRST PRIORITY UNDER
THE STATE COASTAL EROSION PLANNING AND RESPONSE ACT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The North Padre Island Nourishment Project is the City's first priority for
funding under the State's Coastal Erosion Planning And Response Act.
SECTION 2. The City Manager shall request funding for this project from the Texas
General Land Office as the City's principal request.
