AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE
AN ADVANCED FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IN THE ESTIMATED
AMOUNT OF $240,900 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BARRIER FREE
RAMPS AND SIDEWALKS AT SELECTED STREET LOCATIONS
ASSOCIATED WITH THE SIDEWALK ACCESSIBILITY
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Advanced Funding
Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation in the estimated amount of $240,900
for the construction of barrier free ramps and sidewalks at selected street locations associated
with the Sidewalk Accessibility Project.
