AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE CHANGE
ORDER NO. 9 WITH TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $49,238.08 FOR REVISED BUS STOP IMPROVEMENTS AS PART OF
LEOPARD STREET IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 1 AND 2 (REHFELD TO MCKINZIE
ROAD) CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ADVANCED
FUNDING AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute Change
Order No. 9 with Texas Department of Transportation in the amount of $49,238.08 for revised
bus stop improvements as part of Leopard Street Improvements, Phase I and 2 (Rehfeld to
McKinzie Road) construction contract in accordance with the Advanced Funding Agreement.
