AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE A
FUTURE CHANGE ORDER WITH TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $39,200 FOR MEDIAN LANDSCAPING
IMPROVEMENTS AS PART OF LEOPARD STREET IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 1
AND 2 (REHFELD TO MCK1NZIE ROAD) CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ADVANCED FUNDING AGREEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a future
change order with Texas Department of Transportation in the amount not to exceed $39,200 for
median landscaping improvements as part of Leopard Street Improvements, Phase 1 and 2,
(Rehfeld to McKinzie Road) construction contract in accordance with the Advanced Funding
Agreement.
