AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE
AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH WEST OSO
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT TO OPERATE A SUMMER TEEN
RECREATION PROGRAM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement with West Oso Independent School District to operate a sum-
mer teen recreation program. A copy of the agreement is on file with the City Secretary.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas,
