ADOPTING THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL
ACTION PLAN (CAAP) FOR COMMUNITY PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR FY2002; AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO SUBMIT THE CAAP TO THE U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO MAKE
CHANGES IN THE CAAP IF REQUIRED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF
HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City of Corpus Christi Consolidated Annual Action Plan (CAAP)
for Community Planning and Development Programs for FY2002 is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to submit the CAAP to
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
SECTION 3. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to make changes to the
CAAP if required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
