AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE
THE BOATING INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM CON-
STRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS PARKS & WILDLIFE
DEPARTMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A MARINA
RESTROOM/LAUNDRY/SHOWER FACILITY AT THE LAWRENCE
STREET T-HEAD FOR TRANSIENT BOATERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute
the Boating Infrastructure Grant Program Construction Agreement with the Texas Parks
& Wildlife Department for construction of a Marina restroom/shower/laundry facility at the
Lawrence Street T-Head for transient boaters.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas,
