APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF A GRANT APPLICATION IN THE
AMOUNT OF $215,000 TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FOR
FUNDING AVAILABLE UNDER THE CRIME LABORATORY
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FY 2002.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves the submission of a grant application in the
amount of $215,000 to the U.S. Department of Justice for funding available under the Crime
Laboratory Improvement Program for FY2002.
