HomeMy WebLinkAbout024963 ORD - 07/23/2002ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 250,000 IN THE NO. 1050 FEDERAL/STATE GRANTS FUND FROM THE STATE OF TEXAS, OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR, CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION FOR MUNICIPAL COURT PROCESSING AND TRACKING OF STATUS OFFENDERS AND JUVENILE ASSESSMENT CENTER CASE MANAGEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That $250,000 is appropriated in the No. 1050 Federal/State Grants Fund from the State of Texas, Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division, for Municipal Court processing and tracking of status offenders and Juvenile Assessment Center case management. SECTION 2.
