AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE
COASTAL BEND COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$55,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF A BRUSH LOADER
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
Section 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an interlocal
agreement with the Coastal Bend Council of Governments that will provide $55,000.00
for the purchase of a brush loader.
