OAKHURST PLAZA; REQUIRING THE OWNER, OAKHURST LID, A
TEXAS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, TO COMPLY WITH THE
SPECIFIED ( ONI)ITIONS AND REI'LAT THE PROPERTY WITHIN 180
DAYS AT OWNER'S EXPENSE; ESTAIII,ISHING A FEE OF $1,500; AND
I)ECLARING AN EMER(;ENCY.
WHEREAS, there is a 300-square foot portion ora 5-1bet wide utility casement out of Tract 8,
Oakhurst Plaza as recorded in Volume 59. Pages 7&8. Map Records Nueces County, Texas. that
the owner, Oakhurst I.td,. a lexas limited partncrship. (Oxxncr). wishes to have abalrdoncd and

WHEREAS, it has been dctermincd that it is l'casible and advantageous to the City of Corpus
Christi to abandon and xacatc said portion of thc utilit> easement t'or all pnrposes, sut2}ect to thc
prox isions beloxx.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO[/NCIL OF THE CITY OF

SECTION 1. Ihat the 300-square lbot portion ora 5-1bol wide utility easement out of Tract 8,

abandoned and ;acated for public usc as a utilil? casement, su[2jcct to Ov, ncr's compliance with
lhe lbllowing spccified condilions as part oFthe abandonment and vacation:
Payment of the [hit-marke! valuc is set at 5;1,500.00 lbr thc total 300-square Ibot portion
of ulilit> casement right-of-xxay to be abandoned and vacatcd.
