That the ('it3 Manager, or his designee, is hcrcb3 authorized to execute a usc prixilcgc agreement with Oakhurs! ltd.. a Texas lilnitcd partnership, lbr the right to construct, install, operate, maintain and remo',e a building extension approximately 2.87' in width, by 60~ itl length.
