RACKLEY DBA- RACKLEY AND RACKLEY, A JOINT VENTURE FOR 940 ACRES OF FARMLAND OUT OF THE CEFE F. VALENZUELA MUNICIPAL LANDFILL LOCATED WEST OF FM 2444 AND COUNTY ROAD 57 AND APPROVING A CASH RENTAL FEE OF $55.00/ACRE PER CROP YEAR; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTl: SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a five year farming lease with Paul T. Rackley, Jr. and Marion G. Rackley dba- Rackley and Rackley, a Joint Venture for 940 acres of farmland out of the Cefe F. Valenzuela Municipal Landfill located west of FM 2444 and County Road 57 and approving a cash rental fee of $55.00/acre per crop year. SECTION 2. That Lessee complies with the terms and conditions of the lease contract, a copy of which is on file with the City Secretary's office. SECTION 3. Publication shall be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
