AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE A FIVE YEAR FARMING LEASE WITH JULIUS
ZDANSKY, JR. FOR 46 ACRES OF FARMLAND OUT OF THE
PROPOSED SOUTHSIDE SEWER TREATMENT PLANT SITE
LOCATED OFF YORKTOWN BOULEVARD AND APPROVING A
CASH RENTAL FEE OF $20.00/ACRE PER CROP YEAR; AND
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute a five year
farming lease with Julius Zdansky, Jr. for 46 acres of farmland out of the proposed
Southside Sewer Treatment Plant site located off Yorktown Boulevard and approving a
cash rental fee of $20.00/acre per crop year.
SECTION 2. That Lessee complies with the terms and conditions of the lease contract, a
copy of which is on file with the City Secretary's office.
SECTION 3. Publication shall be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus
Christi as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
That the foregoing ordinance was read for the first time and passed to its second
