AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, OR THE MAYOR'S DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETVVEEN THE
DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY AND THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS FOR THE NORTH PADRE ISLAND STORM DAMAGE
REDUCTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESTORATION PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor, or the Mayor's Designee, is authorized to execute a
Memorandum of Agreement between the Department of the Army and the City of
Corpus Christi, Texas for the North Padre Island Storm Damage Reduction and
Environmental Restoration Project.
