AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, OR THE MAYOR'S DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A PROJECT COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY AND THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NORTH PADRE ISLAND
STORM DAMAGE REDUCTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL
RESTORATION PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor, or the Mayor's Designee, is authorized to execute a Project
Cooperation Agreement between the Department of the Army and the City of Corpus
Christi, Texas, for construction of the North Padre Island Storm Damage Reduction and
Environmental Restoration Project.
