AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION FOR THE BLANKET COVERAGE OF VARIOUS
PROJECTS COVERING THE INSTALLATION, CONSTRUCTION,
EXISTENCE, USE, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN
HIGHWAY TRAFFIC SIGNALS/LIGHTING IN THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an agreement
with the Texas Department of Transportation for the blanket coverage of various
projects covering the installation, construction, existence, use, operation and
maintenance of certain highway traffic signals/lighting in the City of Corpus Christi.
