HomeMy WebLinkAbout025258 ORD - 04/15/2003ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $225,613.26 IN INTEREST AND MISCELLANEOUS EARNINGS IN VARIOUS BOND FUNDS AS DETAILED IN THE ATTACHED SCHEDULE A TO CLOSE FUNDS AND PAY OUTSTANDING DEBT SERVICE; AMENDING THE FY2003 CAPITAL BUDGET ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 025144 BY INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS BY $225,6'13.26; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION1. That $225,613.26 in interest and miscellaneous earnings is appropriated in various bond funds as detailed in the attached Schedule A to close funds and pay outstanding debt service. SECTION 2. That FY 2003 Capital Budget adopted by Ordinance No. 025144 is amended by increasing appropriations by $225,613.26. SECTION 3.
