AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO SERVE AS THE
FISCAL AGENT FOR THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF PROTECTIVE
AND REGULATORY SERVICES' FY 2003-2004 COMMUNITY YOUTH
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM IN THE AMOUNT OF $500,000
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to submit
an application to serve as the Fiscal Agent for the Texas Department of Protective and
Regulatory Services' FY 2003-2004 Community Youth Development Program in the
amount of $500,000. This application has been recommended by the 78415
Community Youth Development Steering Committee.
