AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR THE MAYOR'S DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH
NUECES COUNTY RELATING TO THE APPROVAL OF PLATS WITHIN
THE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor or the Mayor's designee is authorized to execute an interlocal
cooperation agreement with Nueces County relating to the approval of plats within the
extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Corpus Christi.
