AUTHORIZING THE C~TY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO SUBMIT A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN THE AMOUNT OF $87,979 FOR THE
ELIMINATION AND CONTROL OF TUBERCULOSIS IN NUECES
COUNTY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manage~, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to submit
a grant application to the Texa~ Department of Health in the amount of $87,979 for the
elimination and control of tuber(~ulosis in Nueces County.
SECTION 2. The City Manager~, or the City Manager's designee, may accept, reject,
agree to alter the terms and conditions, or terminate the grant, if the grant is awarded to
the City.
