AUTHORIZING FEES FOR LABORATORY TESTING OF WATER SAMPLES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2003-2004; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS,
THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council approves the adjusted fees for laboratory testing of water
samples, as shown in Exhibit A attached, for Fiscal Year 2003-04.
SECTION 2. Publication will be made in the official publication of the City of Corpus Christi
as required by the City Charter of the City of Corpus Christi.
SECTION 3. This resolution becomes effective August 1, 2003.
SECTION 4. If, for any reason, any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word or
provision of this resolution shall be held invalid or unconstitutional by final judgment of a
court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect any other section, paragraph, subdivision,
clause, phrase, word or provision of this resolution, for it is the definite intent of the City
Council that every section, paragraph, subdivision, phrase, word and provision hereof shall
be given full force and effect for its purpose.
INTRODUCED AND PASSED by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas,
