HomeMy WebLinkAbout025419 ORD - 08/19/2003ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $41,404 FROM THE STATE OF TEXAS, CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION IN THE NO. 1061 POLICE GRANTS FUND FOR FUNDING AVAILABLE UNDER THE VICTIMS OF CRIME ACT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That $41,404 is appropriated from the State of Texas Criminal Justice Division in the No. 1061 Police Grants Fund for funding available under the Victims of Crime Act. SECTION 2.
