AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE
AN AMENDMENT TO THE LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PROJECT
ADVANCED FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR THE STATE TO REIMBURSE
THE CITY 100% OF COSTS INCURRED FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR THE BAY TRAIL PHASE 3 PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
Section 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an Amendment
to the Local Transportation Project Advanced Funding Agreement for the State to
reimburse the City 100% of costs incurred for engineering services for the Bay Trail
Phase 3 project.
