AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT
OF HEALTH IN THE AMOUNT OF $249,939 FOR PERSONNEL,
FRINGE BENEFITS, TRAVEL, SUPPLIES AND OTHER
MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES TO ASSIST IN UPGRADING TO A
LEVEL B LABORATORY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS;
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to
accept a grant from the Texas Department of Health in the amount of $249,939 for
personnel, fringe benefits, travel, supplies, and other miscellaneous expenses to assist
in upgrading to a Level B laboratory.
