AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL GOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE PORT OF
CORPUS CHRISTI AUTHORITY (PCCA) TO INCLUDE UTILITY
ADJUSTMENT AND RELOCATION WORK AS PART OF THE JOE
FULTON INTERNATION/~L TRADE CORRIDOR AND FOR THE CITY TO
PROVIDE FUNDS TO PCCA,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an
interlocal governmental agreement with the Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) to
include utility adjustment and relocation work as part of the Joe Fulton International
Trade Corridor and for the City to provide funds to PCCA.
