AUTHORIZING THE CI~Y MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT
OF HEALTH IN THE AMOUNT OF $22,500 TO FUND ANALYSIS OF
SEA WATER FROM THOSE BAYS USED TO HARVEST SHELLFISH
FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS;
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to
accept a grant from the Texas Department of Health in the amount of $22,500 to fund
analysis of sea water from those bays used to harvest shellfish for human consumption.
