AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT
OF HEALTH IN THE AMOUNT OF $91,523.00 TO FUND THE
ELIMINATION AND CONTROL OF TUBERCULOSIS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS;
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to
accept a grant from the Texas Department of Health in the amount of $91,523.00 to
fund the elimination and control of tuberculosis.
