AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO
EXECUTE A LEASE WITH UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE
TO LEASE SPACE CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 463
SQUARE FEET LOCATED IN THE CARGO FACILITY FOR THE
OPERATION OF U.S. POSTAL SERVICES IN CONSIDERATION
OF AN ANNUAL RENTAL PAYMENT OF $13,840.00, FOR A
TERM OF UP TO FIFTY-FOUR MONTHS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to
execute a lease with United States Postal Service to lease space containing
approximately 463 square feet located in the cargo facility for the operation of U.S.
Postal Services in consideration of an annual rental payment of $13,840.00, for a term
of up to fifty-four months.
That the foregoing ord.inance was read.for ~e~ first time and passed to its second
