AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION
AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS A & M UNIVERSITY -- CORPUS CHRISTI
IN THE AMOUNT OF $345,000 FOR POLLUTION PREVENTION
PARTNERSHIP AND EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH PROGRAM, WHICH
INCLUDES SMALL BUSINESS ASSISTANCE AND PUBLIC
EDUCATION ON POLLUTION PREVENTION AND AIR QUALITY IN
NUECES AND SAN PATRICIO COUNTIES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or the City Manager's designee is authorized to execute
an interlocal cooperation agreement with Texas A & M University -- Corpus Christi in the
amount of $345,000 for pollution prevention partnership and educational outreach
program, which includes small business assistance and public education on pollution
prevention and air quality in Nueces and San Patricio Counties.
