AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE INTERLOCAL
COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY-
CORPUS CHRISTI, IN THE AMOUNT OF $45,000, TO ADD A REMOTE
VEHICLE EMISSIONS SENSOR PROJECT CALLED "AUTOCHECK"
TO THE POLLUTION PREVENTION PARTNERSHIP ACTIVITIES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute an amendment
to the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, in
the amount of $45,000, by adding a remote vehicle emissions sensor project called
"AutoCheck" to the Pollution Prevention Partnership activities.
