AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT AN AMENDMENT TO THE CURRENT
IMMUNIZATION GRANT FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
HEALTH IN THE AMOUNT OF $34,121 FOR PERSONNEL, FRINGE
BENEFITS, TRAVEL, AND SUPPLIES FOR AN IMMUNIZATION
PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to accept
an amendment to the current immunization grant from the Texas Department of Health
in the amount of $34,121 for personnel, fringe benefits, travel, and supplies for an
immunization program.
