AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE CITY MANAGER'S
DESIGNEE, TO ACCEPT A TITLE XX GRANT FROM THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN THE AMOUNT OF $291,750 FOR
FAMILY HEALTH AND PLANNING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, is authorized to accept
a Title XX grant from the Texas Department of Health in the amount of $291,750 for
family health and planning services.
