HomeMy WebLinkAbout025918 ORD - 08/31/2004ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $426,000 FROM THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND PROTECTIVE SERVICES IN THE NO. 1060 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT FUND TO FUND THE COMMUNITY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM IN THE 78416 ZIP CODE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That $426,000 from the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services is appropriated in the No. 1060 Community Development Grant Fund to fund the Community Youth Development Program in the 78415 Zip Code for Fiscal Year 2004-2005. SECTION 2.
