HomeMy WebLinkAbout025937 ORD - 09/14/2004ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $26,619 FROM THE COASTAL BEND COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS IN THE NO. 1051 SOLID WASTE GRANTS FUND TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE CITY'S ASSISTANT COMPLIANCE OFFICER; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That $26,619 from the Coastal Bend Council of Governments is appropriated in the No. 1051 Solid Waste Grants Fund to provide funding for the City's Assistant Compliance Officer. SECTION 2.
